Mr. Christopher Kelly, as the Chief Executive Officer of Star Services Facility Management LLC, plays a pivotal role in the company's strategic planning and implementation. He focuses on safeguarding current revenue streams while driving sustainable growth, business diversification, and geographical expansion. His responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, he leverages economy of scale, vertical integration, and strategic alliances to achieve significant market penetration by identifying lucrative opportunities. With a background in delivering multi-faceted projects under resource constraints in high-pressure environments, Chris brings extensive commercial and operational expertise to his role. His previous experience as the Director of Operations at Star Security Services involved overseeing security projects across the UAE for a portfolio of government offices and blue-chip organisations managing an array of national critical infrastructure projects, whilst collaborating with customers to develop tailored security solutions.

Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Eigenrac Risk Management and G4S Secure Solutions Iraq, where he successfully executed projects in challenging and often hostile environments for clients such as the UN, EUDEL, BP, SHELL, and SAMSUNG. Drawing from his 24-year military career with the British Army, Chris has honed his leadership skills and operational experience in various global locations. His contributions are instrumental in driving Star Services Facility Management LLC's operations in the UAE region, where he leads the execution of strategic plans and diverse programs, facilitates new market entries, and ensures successful project delivery within budget.
